China tour completes its play book and qualification ways to co-endorsed events
As China tour enteres its 4th season of scheduled 12 stops in Jialize resort which is located on the outskirts of Kunming, the management team yesterday announced the tour has a well tuned international system to attract more skilled and energetic players to its tour.
Li Dazheng, the vice chairman of China Golf Association (CGA), also claimed the tour will have a few co-endorsed tournaments with European Challenge Tour and Asian Tour, who will have the same seats as the CGA does. The allocation of the seats for CGA will unprecedentedly be decided by combination of China Tour ranking and CGA men pro ranking. The result will be released at the next stop of the China Tour, which will be held in Beijing next month.
The week’s tour will not only feature Jialize resort’s debut as the host course of this 4 years old tour, it also presents CGD, the operator for the tour, as co-title sponsor for the first time ever. Jonathan Ouyang, the VP of CGD and Chief Operating Officer of the China Tour - Regular, made it clear his company is trying to build a flatform of fair, open and transparent competition, and provide multible gateways to higher tours and premier service to all the players.
The council of the China Golf Tour has finished finalising the player rules book for the tour, and “we will have second players committee during the Beijing tournament to communicate with the players. The qualification for the co-endorsed events will be more detailed then.” Jonathan say.
